BIOSEC researchers Hannah Dickinson and Jared Margulies are presenting papers at this year’s RGS-IBG Annual International Conference, held at the University of Cardiff.

Hannah will be presenting her paper “Circulations of Caviar: The Geopolitical Ecology of Sturgeon and their ‘Black Gold'” as part of the Geographies of Lively Capital (1) panel on 30 August. More details of the panel and Hannah’s paper are here.

Jared’s paper “Making the ‘man-eater’: the role of the state in producing more-than-human geographies of deathly encounter” is part of the ‘Excavating multispecies landscapes: temporalities, materialities and the more-than-human Anthropocene (2): Reconfiguration’ panel and he will be presenting on 31st August.
